Supply of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Items and Support LEIDOS SUPPLY, LIMITED

Background
In April 2015, the MOD signed a contract with Leidos Europe Ltd to provide the procurement and inventory management of commodity items (as well as the storage and distribution services) historically provided in-house by the Logistic Commodities and Services Operating Centre. Leidos, working with the MOD, will transform the way these services are delivered to ensure requirements continue to be met whilst providing best value for money for the department. The organisation delivering these services is known as Team Leidos.

Future Arrangements
Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to invite tenders for its Physiotherapy and rehabilitation items and support requirement later this year, with a view to award contracts that will commence in late 2019.
The Physio requirement is to cover the future need in terms of consumable items, capital equipment and support.
There are an estimated 400 different consumables.
Team Leidos require these to be shipped to medical centres throughout the UK and to our main operational distribution hub in Donnington, Telford.

Targeted Intervention Services HOME OFFICE Tender Closes 27th March

Targeted Interventions is the primary delivery mechanism of Prevent Objective 3 of HMG’s Contest Strategy (2018). It is designed to support individuals already engaged in terrorism to disengage, rehabilitate and reintegrate. This includes British families returning from Syria or other war-affected countries. The services deliver in 3 core areas:

1) Adult mentoring: managed, one-on-one interventions the aim of which is to build rapport with an individual, provide pastoral care, support to develop protective factors and challenge extremist mindset using credible alternative narratives and other methodologies. Suppliers may draw on certain specialist additional support depending on the individual;

2) Family/minor support: social care – managed interventions with minors and their families returning from Syria or other war affected countries to understand and provide social care and support (family needs, improved trust and relationships);

3) Family/minor support: clinical care – managed interventions with minors and their families returning from Syria or other war affected countries to understand and provide clinical support (assessment and treatment in relation to symptoms associated with the experience of traumatic stress (e.g. having lived in a war zone).

All services will be delivered to clear specifications, principles and processes; ensuring a consistent approach with a detailed reporting structure.

South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust – Tender for Cleaning Services The Litmus Partnership Ltd Closes 5th April

The successful Supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for the South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust (SMART) (the Client) at the following schools:

Secondary schools:
– Liskeard School and Community College,
– Looe Community Academy,
– Saltash.net Community School.
Primary schools:
– Dobwalls Community Primary School,
– Trewidland Community Primary School.

The contract will be awarded as one lot, encompassing all of the SMART schools.

The contract will commence on 1.9.2019 for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract. Please note the contracted-out schools might start earlier than September; suppliers will be notified if this is the case.

The client is seeking a suitably experienced supplier with current experience of working within the education market place, ideally with a strong operational base within the South West of England, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility.

The current turnover in respect of the above schools is approximately 416 000 GBP per annum.

Please note that some of the current staff are in the Local Government Pension Scheme; actuary reports will be provided and the successful Supplier will need to sign an ABS agreement and pay for all associated costs.

Works To Renew Heating Pipes and Removal of Asbestos at Richard Alibon School London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Tender Closes 3rd April

A Contractor is required to undertake works at Richard Alibon School Dagenham to remove asbestos and heating pipes within the corridor and floor ducts, renew the heating pipes and reinstate the floor to the school quadrangle corridors.

The works must commence on the 15th July 2019 and be completed no later than 27th September 2019. Timescales must be strictly adhered

Contractors must make themselves aware of the site layout, work requirements and the need to plan works, monitor safety on site and react promptly to changes in site conditions.

FXPlus is seeking a supplier to provide services for HVAC fire damper surveying and maintenance management, for its Penryn (TR10 9FE) and Woodlane (TR11 8HR) Campuses in Cornwall.

The provider shall offer the services required to comply with damper and fire regulations to include the enabling of FXPlus to fulfil our legal duties stated under – The regulatory reform (fire safety) order 2005 and BS 9999: 2007; code of practice for fire safety in the design, management and use of buildings.

It is essential that FXPlus contracts a high quality Supplier who can keep the Campuses functioning safely and efficiently over the dura-tion of the agreement with the minimal amount of disruption to the daily activities on Campus.
