bpha is looking to establish an Architecs Framework to assist in the delivery of 3000 new affordable homes over the next five years, throughout the Oxford to Cambridge Corridor. Additionally, bpha is also planning to deliver new homes for private sale through its subsidiary, Bushmead Homes.
It is envisaged that the appointed Architects will provide design services for new build, fit-out, refurbishment and demolition projects up to and including RIBA stage Three within the following lots determined by overall scheme contract value.
Lot 1 – Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership housing schemes: £0 to £10million, above £10million.
Lot 2 – Retirement Community Schemes: £0 to £10million, above £10million.
Lot 3 – Bushmead Homes schemes: £0 to £10million, above £10million.
