This is a requirement for a research organisation or company to carry out a review covering three main areas:
1) current challenges with respect to bullying and harassment in the research and innovation landscape (including in more challenging research environments) in the UK and internationally;
2) an overview of approaches to prevent and address bullying and harassment in research and innovation and/or other sectors, including, for example strategies, policies, procedures, activities, data capture practices and measures to boost disclosure rates; and
3) an assessment of the existing evidence for the effectiveness of those approaches and where the main gaps in knowledge in this area are. UKRI seeks to develop an understanding of what works and what has proven less effective nationally and internationally.
