Enhanced customer service training Financial Ombudsman Service Tender Closes 16th May

The Financial Ombudsman Service has a requirement for 2 training providers to support the delivery of enhanced customer service training initiatives. The primary focus will be for call handling training; with further requirements for other customer service related training e.g. persuading and influencing. These events may be delivered as standalone workshops, or part of a development programme at our London and Coventry locations.
