The Council wishes to appoint providers to the External and Communal Works and External Maintenance, Major Refurbishment and Repairs Framework Agreement. Refurbishment of mid-rise and high rise blocks across Bristol, typically from 5 storey up to 14 storeys. External & Communal Maintenance & Paint Repairs to Council Owned Property up to & including 4 Storeys.
