Provision of “The Leadership Lab” Development Programme
In 2018/19, the Councils ran a leadership development programme, developing a group of 12 leaders within the organisation with the aim of shifting them towards post-conventional leadership. (Note, the term ‘leader’ is not related to where they sit in the organisation but the leadership that individuals show across the organisation at all levels.)
Due to the success of this programme, we are looking to commission a further course for another 12-16 individuals within the organisation. The Council is seeking proposals to hold the developmental space for this work and plan/deliver the necessary pre-session content, group activities and post-session work for a second ‘leadership lab’ developmental programme.
