This procurement is for the provision of services related to the servicing & maintenance of passenger lifts to communal / office buildings within the North Somerset area.
This procurement is being tendered under an Open OJEU Procedure, and is split into 2 lots, each lot having its own site list. Interested bidders are invited to bid for either or both of the lots, however, it is our intention that one bidder will not be awarded both lots.
The duration of the contracts is for an initial period of 6 months plus 4 further years, ending on 31st March 2024. AHG intends to award the contracts on 26th July 2019 to go live on 1st October 2019.
