The solution will enable effective resource planning, operating a seamless end to end process for the planning of customer visits, through to completion of care delivery.

It is essential that our rostering solution provides a fully integrated and effective suite of tools that enables care workers to have; visibility of tasks, a view of changes in customer circumstances and the ability to update records in real time whilst working in mobile in communities.
As our business grows and develops, we will require a rostering solution that can provide meaningful management information, with the ability to generate reports that enable informed business decisions. In addition, a streamlined billing process that removes manual administration is key – this should also provide effective integration to improve the accuracy of existing payroll processes.
