Supply and fit replacement fire doors Brunelcare Tender Closes 28th June

Brunelcare wishes to select up to four contractors to supply and fit replacement fire doors as set out in the Contract Documents to its properties. The Contract Documents include the Specification containing a description of the Works being procured. 

The works are being tendered in four lots, as follows

Lot 1 – Supply and fit replacement fire doors in Brunelcare’s sheltered housing properties situated in the northern part of Brunelcare’s operating area over 6 months from 1st August 2019 to 31st January 2020

Lot 2 – Supply and fit replacement fire doors in Brunelcare’s sheltered housing properties situated in the southern part of Brunelcare’s operating area over 6 months from 1st August 2019 to 31st January 2020

Lot 3 – Supply and fit replacement fire doors in Brunelcare’s care homes over 10 months from 1st August 2019 to 31st May 2020

Lot 4 – Supply and fit replacement fire doors in Brunelcare’s independent living with extra care properties over 10 months from 1st August 2019 to 31st May 2020

Tenders may be submitted for one, two, three or all four Lots, and Brunelcare will not limit the number of Lots awarded to a single Tenderer. The works are split into Lots in order to ensure that the works are completed within the respective deadlines, by end January 2020 for Lots 1 and 2, and by 31st May 2020 for Lots 3 and 4, and to ensure the opportunity is attractive to SMEs.
