Sometimes it’s the only way you’ll be able to do business with public sector organisations: they must be seen to be utterly fair so the process has to be transparent and bids are measured carefully against the published scoring. However, the tender process can be challenging and it’s not for the faint-hearted.

NHS National Clinical Staffing Framework

AxamoIn March 2016 new agency Axamo Recruitment contacted Winning Tenders for assistance in bidding for the new NHS National Clinical Staffing Framework. Winning Tenders also helped Axamo with the essential audit criteria and tackling the complex pricing structure required.

The bid was submitted in April 2016. In August 2016 it was announced that Axamo had been awarded a place on Lot 2 of the National Clinical Staffing Framework, meaning that Axamo could now supply permanent staff to clinical positions in the NHS. Axamo Business Development Manager Marcin Spychala said “We are delighted to have been awarded a place on the National Clinical Staffing Framework. Thank you very much for your help and efforts!”.

Crown Commercial Service Non-Medical Non-Clinical (NMNC) Temporary and Fixed Term Staff Framework

GraftersIn 2015 Winning Tenders secured a contract award for Grafters Recruitment, Eastbourne for the Supply of Non Medical Non Clinical (NMNC) Temporary and fixed term staff to the Crown Commercial Service.

When a tender opportunity came up to provide Finance Department recruitment services to the University of Exeter, Director Joanne Caine contacted Winning Tenders with a plea for help as Cathedral Appointments had a heavy workload and the company’s expertise in tendering was limited. The timescale was fairly tight but, working closely with Joanne and Head of Accountancy & Financial Services Division Jamie Wall, Winning Tenders created and submitted a comprehensive bid to the University.
